A Summer of Cricket

We’re in the middle of a busy summer of cricket, here at Yorkshire Tea.

As the Official Brew of the England Cricket team, we like to take Little Urn and a few staff members along to all the home Test matches to hand out free brews at the lunch and tea breaks.

So far this year we’ve headed along to all the England v Sri Lanka Tests, at Headingley (which is conveniently just down the road from us) Chester-le-Street (which is a little bit further away) and Lord’s (which is a fair old trek down south).

And at every ground, those free cups of Yorkshire Tea have all gone down rather well. We’ve even bumped into a famous face or two - like Frank Skinner, pictured in the decidedly rainy photo above.

We’ll be back at Lord’s on July 14 for the first England v Pakistan Test, and then we’ll be heading to Edgbaston, Old Trafford and The Oval. If you’re off to any of those matches, don’t forget to pop and see us!

Quoi de neuf?
